Bute Square Apartments, Cardiff Bay

C.W Architects were commissioned by Bellway Homes for this mixed-use building on a prominent site in Cardiff Bay. The apartments are directly opposite the Wales Milliennium Centre, therefore a prominent design was required.

The building provides 88 apartments with retail use at ground floor. This project is due for completion in 2009.
